Frequently asked

Can we walk to Sigiriya Rock?
It's about 3 km. Walkable in the cool of the morning, but most guests take a tuk tuk, around LKR 1,000. We'll call one for you.

Is there hot water and A/C in both rooms?
Yes. Each room has its own A/C unit and an ensuite with a hot water rain shower.

Is it good for a family with kids?
Book the whole guest house and you'll have both rooms, the verandah and the garden to yourselves, for up to 4 guests. Children under 6 can stay in your room. Contact us for details.

Are there mosquitoes?
Rarely inside. The windows have fixed screens and the rooms are air conditioned, so mosquitoes in the room are rare.

Can you arrange safaris and drivers?
Yes. Minneriya, Kaudulla or Hurulu jeeps, drivers for Dambulla and Polonnaruwa, and airport pickups. Ask us on WhatsApp. Which safari park? →
